When you email about a bug, including the following speeds things up a lot:

App name and version (the version is usually visible in the app's About or settings screen).
Device model and OS version (iPhone 14 / iOS 18, Pi Zero 2 W / Raspberry Pi OS Bookworm, etc.).
What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
Steps to reproduce, if you can repeat it.
Screenshots or a short screen recording if there's something visual going on.
